Spice up your Frozen Pizza

It was a tiring afternoon the day after our wine party.  I had just finished cleaning up my house, I was starving, and wanted something quick and yummy.  So I dug around the freezer and had a frozen cheese pizza.  To add a little more to it I collected left over supplies from the wine party.  I cooked the pizza as I normally would then topped it with sliced grilled eggplant, grilled prosciutto (both made with one of my most used weddings gifts, a grill pan from Crate and Barrel), and lots of fresh basil.

I think chocolate and cheese should be their own food group. Or, at least I treat them as if they are. To say I like wine is an understatement.
